Directions for Use
Detox Foot Patches are easy to use, and should be applied before sleep at night. We recommend using the patches for 5 consecutive nights for the best results. Wash and dry feet before applying the patch. Only apply one patch per foot.
Peel off the backing from 2 of the large adhesive sheets to reveal a sticky pad.
Press each patch onto the middle of each sticky pad, writing side down. Apply one patch to the sole of each foot, ensuring good contact.
We recommend wearing socks over the patches to ensure they remain on the feet overnight. Wear the patches for at least 8 hours overnight.
Remove the patch from the foot carefully in the morning and see the results. The patch will be dark brown and emit a strong odour. Wash the foot and discard of the used patches. Repeat this process for 5 days continuously.
