HOW TO USE:

1. Wash and dry your feet 
2. Apply (1) detox patch one hour before bedtime.
3. Take one adhesive sheet and slowly peel off the paper.
4. Place the footpad on the adhesive where noted to "Put adhesive sheet on this side" and place onto the soles of your feet or other desired area of the body.
5. Socks can be worn if desired.
6. Remove the pad after 8-10 hours.
